Wizkid’s “Made In Lagos” Surpasses Burna Boy’s “Twice As Tall” On Spotify

Nigerian musician, Wizkid has chalked another landmark in his illustrious music career.

The feat is about his Made In Lagos album garnering some significant numbers on the popular music streaming platform, Spotify.

It has actually leapfrogged Burna Boy’s TWICE AS TALL that was number on Spotify for several months.

Made In Lagos now has over 107 million streams and this has really given Wizkid FC some bragging rights.

Meanwhile, Nigerian musician and music executive, Olubankole Wellington who is known Banky W has shared an insight into how Wizkid started his illustrious career.

It could be recalled that Wizkid was part of Banky W’s record label when he started his career, however, he had to leave the label as he started in an earlier interview that he had to leave the record label because he felt he had got to a stage, where he had to move forward.

Speaking about how Wizkid started his career, Banky W stated that Wizkid was having difficulties paying for studio time during the start of his career.
