High Court Sitting in Enugu has restrain Sen. Samuel Anyanwu, from parading self as the National Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
In a ruling on Wednesday 8th November the residing Judge, Justice C.O Ajah gave interim injunction stopping Sen. Samuel from being recognized anywhere as the National Secretary of the party, pending the hearing of the Motion on Notice which comes up on 27/11/2023.
The court also order that the all orders of service be served to councils of the party and Senator Anyanwu and pasted at the PDP National Secretariat gate, until the National Chairman of the party, Amb. Iliya Umar gets a counsel to represent them in court.
