Pastor Adeboye is a well respected man of God in the society, He is the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, one of the fastest growing Pentecostal church in Nigeria.

As a yearly custom of RCCG, Pastor Adeboye(The general overseer) usually tell his congregations what God has in mind for Christians and the church.

On a norms, the information is usually declared openly during the holy ghost night but due to the corona virus saga, the information was firstly discussed by the governing council of the church whi ch includes the ministers, A.G.Os and workers of the church only.

Don’t go yet because the information here is meant for all Christians.

Pastor Adeboye firstly said, God said he should tell the church that we shouldn’t be dismayed that he owns his church and he is in control not any man or governments.

Secondly, he said all believers should be prepared that a new wave of glory will be experienced.

However, he said this glory will be in three category,

1. Slow but steady.

2. Fast and steady

3. Exceedingly and exceptionally fast.

So pick the one you want to experience but I am sure I want the third one.

The Instructions.

Pastor Adeboye said the lord has commanded all true believers to go into 63 days of fasting and prayers. But in case anyone wants to observe the fasting at a stretch, it will be 30 days and 30 nights non stop.

Heeding to instructions is relatively important, so take note of the modalities of the whole process.

The man of God said, the first 21 days(11th of January to 31st of January ) should be the period you will be thanking God only. While the second stage should be period of plea for mercy from God and third stage should be for your personal petitions.
